The Problem
The Wonderful Company operates large-scale agricultural operations with a diverse, predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce. Safety training needed to be fully bilingual — not translated as an afterthought, but designed from the ground up as a dual-language experience where Spanish-speaking employees felt equally prioritized, not accommodated.
The equipment used across Wonderful’s operations — specialized harvesting machinery, packaging systems, storage infrastructure — is expensive, proprietary, and difficult to film safely under normal working conditions.
