The Covid-19 pandemic threw everyone for a loop in 2020, including established organizations such as Dale Carnegie. The sudden shutdown of in-person events called for fast action on their part, and rapid development of supporting content for their professional development training. With widely recognized subject matter experts in different parts of the country.
Dale Carnegie wanted these familiar faces as part of their new online leadership development videos. The target audience of these videos were managers and leaders at large companies, so they were looking to keep their high-quality, sophisticated look intact with these new leadership e-learning examples.
Our Solution
Working to coordinate the different subject matter experts in various locations was key to preserving the client’s credibility. We worked with these SMEs to coordinate filming, and were provided with the scripts so we could rapidly create the leadership development training videos combining the videos with minimalist icons, text, and stock footage. The result was a sophisticated leadership training video that aligned with their brand and message.
